UK Brexit Sec. Barclay: Had positive meeting with EU’s Barnier

British Brexit Secretary Stephen Barclay recently crossed the wires saying that he had a positive meeting with the EU's Brexit negotiator Barnier and announced that they will be meeting once again later this week.
