China's Vice Premier to visit Washington to continue trade talks
Reuters reported earlier today that the Chinese Vice Premier Liu He will be In Washington on February 21st and 22nd to continue the trade negotiations.
Liu is likely to meet the US Treasury Secretary Mnuchin and Trade Representative Lighthizer.
